Are you busy, efficient, or effective?
Busy is when you have lots of things to do. Being busy can feel good, but it can also get you stressed. The problem with being busy is that the things you are doing may not be important and you may not be doing them in the most effective manner.
Being efficient means achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
Being effective means that you are successful in producing a desired or intended result. You can get the job done, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are working on the most important jobs.
